As with my past comments about Dr Parsonage she is courteous, professional and engaged in what I have to say. She clearly talked through options available before establishing with me a plan to deal with my complaint.

The only Dr I know from this group is Dr Wartnaby who I trust and respect Dr Lally had a telephone appointment with me some time ago and she was equally good Would be grateful to see either any timeI have never met Dr Parsonage unfortunately
